Oil born among
the hills of
Montemiletto.
Extra virgin monocultivar Ravece. Olives harvested with shoulder harvesters and cold-pressed within a few hours, to preserve every nuance of the land.
Every olive harvested in the field.
Every bottle,
a year of care.
Roots in
the land.
For three generations the family has cultivated olive trees on the hills of Montemiletto, in province of Avellino. A craft passed down from father to son, built on patient gestures and respect for the rhythm of the seasons.
The olives are hand-harvested at the right stage of ripeness and brought to the mill within a few hours, where cold-pressing preserves their aromas, polyphenols and character.

Where climate
makes the difference.
The hills of Montemiletto offer an ideal microclimate: altitude, strong thermal range and well-suited soils that give Ravece oil its unmistakable personality.
It is a landscape you can read in the oil: the freshness of hill air, the character of an ancient cultivar, the dedication of those who work with patience.
